Will leo man come back

My bf break up with me about 1 month ago (we always argue about the past which he flirt with a girl but he have stop contact the girl about 3 month ago before we break up). On the day he break, he told me he dunno why he want to end this relationship, he feel that our love is not strong enough but he still love me. He asked me don't contact him again but i never heard and continue message him everyday. Sometime he will reply my message and say 'Plz let it go', 'It's over" and he told me 'if im not letting him go, it's also very hard to him to let me go'. Last week I request him to call me coz i miss his voice, then he call me. He tell me 'He feel miserable and totally dont want to talk with other people after break up with me, he also miss me but he have to let me go.

I dont understand why he wan to break up since he still love me. I have stop contact him for a week since we talked in the phone. Will my leo come back to me? or he wil move on when he know i have move on?

After the break up, I have try to begging him to come back which i know i should not do that. He also told me, He hope after a year we meet again and fall in love to each other again.
