Anyone sick of the Oscar hype??
life goes on no matter what war,911,etc. you name it! FACE IT WE LIVE IN AMERICA . the land of opportunity , democracy, land of the free home of the brave. WE AS AMERICANS ADORE THE HYPE THAT THE OSCARS , SPORTS, AND HOLLYWOOD GIVES US.
I get sick of the hype! My guy wanted to see some of the "Oscar" movies...so, we have...
I don't know...I like a good movie that doesn't make me want to go drink alcohol afterwards!! I think that they think they have to go for the dark...the dreary...the unusual...although I did like some of them, however....
There are definitely more serious issues happening in the world today!!

I'm sick of the overly-revealing clothing hype at the Oscars! In the old days, traditional elegance was the look. I'm glad some stars STILL respect that.
It's me again--the one who started this post and I'm glad to hear that some of you agree. I literally live nearby the Kodak theater where it all took place--it was a ZOO!! And yes I can't agree any more about the last post about the evening wear hype--i.e Joan and Mellissa Rivers--like we really care about what they have to say about a star's attire. Well, I'm thrilled that it's alllllllll over!!
