Are Libras pretty talkative?

I've noted a majority of them to be like that. I think a lot of air signs do welanin intelligence and communication. But I've noted some Libs to be pretty quiet and somewhat distant and strike me as odd because of it. What'd make a Lib be so quiet and do you believe the talkative part of Libra?

I knew a really quiet Libra with an Aries moon to boot. He never said anything to anyone, at least, not in school. I guess he was just shy/didn't care for mindless chatter.

The only quiet libras I know are the ones on the Scorpio cusp,

I don't think i'm talkative as I much as I seen a lot with gem and aqua but I'm definitely not quiet even if I'm introverted ,it really depends with who and where , btw I am a scorpio cusp

A good number of Libras I know are talkative. My Libra mother enjoys bantering over the phone for hours on end, and my Libra friends are very outgoing, with a love for socializing about anything and everything under the sun. I only know of one quiet Libra apart from myself, and he and I both have Scorpio rising, so I do think that any Libra with Scorpio influence will be more reticent in character.

@Coquettish...I am Libra sun w/Scorpio rising as well, and even though I can be quite the confrontational type from time to time, I'm really quiet and reserved. I think it has a lot to do with the Scorpion traits and being anal retentive about privacy. Most reticent folks are very private. We generally won't talk or give advice unless specifically asked. Well, for me anyway.
