ascendant on a cusp?

i hav a taurus rising (supposedly) but its at 1.46 degrees. i fit a lot of the descriptions of both aries and taurus. can i b a aries/taurus cusp? and my mars is lik 0.46 in virgo. can that b a leo/virgo in mars? if so most of my chart are planets on a cusps

yea. venus, mars and the planets n my houses alot of them r lik 29 degrees or 1 and less in degrees. i kno that could b considered cusp in sun signs but my question is can other planets b considered on a cusps.

Well, don't worry, you can have planets in your natal chart that are on the cusps -- I do, so its natural 🙂 I'm not sure about the 0.46 virgo though ...
