I’m new here.
Anyway, here it goes. I’ve known a Libra guy for a few years. We are friends, however, he has confided in me a bit about him. He says he will tell me more at another time. He’s been divorced for 2 years.
He has come to my job to visit me (I work in a store) and buys things. We are also FB friends and occasionally have contact via Messenger. In May 2023, he started sending me voice notes via Messenger. I’d reply with writing back to him via Messenger. I have been a source of encouragement for him. Always positive which is what I am.
Suddenly, he started sending me songs via Messenger. One of the songs he sent me was «Perfect day» by Lou Reed. This was back in June 2023. He also said (via the voice note) he’s suddenly very motivated in getting into shape and that he hasn’t had that feeling for years. He ended the voice note by saying we’ll talk soon again and that he will come to the store where I work to see me. I wrote saying that was absolutely wonderful.
Now this was in the beginning of June 2023 he last talked to me via the voice note and sent that song. He used to come in every 2-3 weeks since late last year. Now I haven’t seen him in over 2 months and he hasn’t tried to contact me either. I did send him a small message via Messenger on June 23rd stating I hope everything is okay with him. It doesn’t seem like he has seen that as of yet.
What do you think? Do Libra guys use songs to say something? Am I missing something? Never dealt with a Libra guy either so I am a little clueless. Any insight would be great.

Sounds like friendship to me. Like the making of a male best friend, especially since you've known him for three years already. He hasn't made contact in two months. Is that usual for your three year friendship?
I assume the messages were not intimate. Otherwise, you would have said so. It seems like you were pep talking him maybe...and, that's why he is now motivated to workout?
Maybe he was warming up to something... When it comes to converting from friendship to more there's a lot of indecision. Cause why were you friends instead of lovers in the first place?

Sometimes "like" is not enough to move on. Strong attraction makes people move. Neither one is better than the other as far as results are concerned. I listened to the song a bit. The song is reflective of what I see. It's a like that wants to become more.
Seems like he feels the same way you do... he likes you and has some curiosity.

You could be right. I just don’t understand why he has disappeared. He said we’ll talk soon again but that was 2 months ago. Have not heard anything from him. However, great things have happened to me in the recent months that I posted on FB and he has either liked or hearted them. It’s like he’s gone quiet.
I am so glad he was motivated to get in shape. Maybe he has to focus on that and then he’ll reappear again?

This sounds like there's an emotional connection.. on his end at least. He's confided in you, taken the time to send songs that illustrate he's thinking about you, plus you hear from him frequently.
idk, I've never sent anyone songs in this context so you may need to dive a bit further and see what his Venus and Moon are.
Libras are subtle, but this reads like it never progressed and it was just a constantly loop of sending songs and catching up. He probably abandoned the conversation because it was boring.

I read somewhere a couple of days ago that stated watching and reading your stories on social media, but not contacting you, is now the new form of "ghosting". But in your case it sounds like he lost interest. I was married to another Libra and trust me, when they want you they go all out to make sure you know it.

It's pretty common, but strange behavior. Tons of people deny and claim they just click through stories. In my opinion it's FOMO and emotionally damaging. Being ignored, then you see they're the first person to see your story every couple days.
It's a bad sign and they're not interested.
