I work everyday of the week and I don't have much energy for anything outside of that, unless it worth it. Same with a libra that I see. He runs a business, attending school, and is building a house, so he very rarely is free. Which leaves to cancelled plans and the occasional meeting up.
If he's really as interested as he says he is, he needs to make time to see you in person.
You should let him know that before you invest anymore energy in him, you'd like to meet him. He can either work something out or not. nobody has time to invest in people who can't do the same.

Just to be clear we have hung out and he's more attractive and charming than i thought. He surprised me by showing up in my neighborhood while i was on my way home from work we smoked pot and then he took me out to eat (food and weed is where he got me) ‚‚‚ i think im just bored and over analyzing things cause hes such a flake but i know he likes me i can see that hes just a romantic and i admire that. But he does need 2 b more present if he wants to be in my life unless im gonna lose interest but i do know that its always because of his business so i can respect that .

But i told him that im not gonna say it this early but when i do say it he'll know that its 100% true and he took it well.
