Libra of first and second decan

II hope I have given as little information as possible so that it would be impossible to tell who the people in question are.

Sun is debilitated/fallen in Libra up to 10 degrees.
It gets even worse: "The native ... will be tactless, arrogant, frank, pompous and drunkard".
I don't have enough experiences with Libras. Do you know anybody who is totally vs. not this?

And because you didn't really say anything. All libra's are people pleasers. It's one of those 'rite of passage' things we have to grow out of.
If you don't want to tell us the names and addresses of the people in your example, that's fine...we don't want it anyway lol. But you left out the entire example in fear that those two people would see. How many people do you think read this crap? There ain't a whole lot of libra males on here and. Me and tiziani are the most common posters and we ain't even on the same continent.
The post had the cryptic vibe of passing off state secrets to simply say libras are too nice.

The two appear to be similar in terms of consideration. Both do not enjoy saying no.
They appear to have certain amount of patience, both appear to be able to not lose patience when the other is looking at shops that do not appear interesting.
There may be others but I do not remember them currently.
There are some differences that can be noticed. Whether it is the effect of the sun sign or other effects is unclear.
Libra of the first decan appear to be rather more people pleasing. Not liking to do anything that draws attention in an attention seeking way. Libra of the second decan appears to at times draw attention to oneself by surprising others.
That is all I have for now, I hope I have given as little information as possible so that it would be impossible to tell who the people in question are. These are merely what I see therefore it may be personality differences that are possibly not what the decan suggests. I did not put in libra third decan because I do not know any very well.
