Okay I'm not sure about you guys but many of the libras i know as well as myself were at onetime overwieght. Mostly when they were young in the middle school to high school years. However, they lost that weight and are now obsessed with keeping it off. My step father and two of my libra friends as well as myself are all like this. I can't eat something without checking the calories and i've recently been extremely into running.

Any other libras ridiculously body concious? I know many fit libras: kelly ripa, tpain, t.i., suzanne summers

Is this just me? Let know your thoughts libras!

I have always had the opposite problem. People making comments that I am under weight or too skinny. I'm slightly tall and lanky. I am 6'0" and fluctuate between 155 and 165. For about the last 6 months it has been easier for me to control my own weight now that my metabolism is slowing down at 25 years young. I was one of those guys that could work out to failure and consume massive amounts of good food and only tone up and put on maybe 5-10 pounds or just sit around and eat massive amounts of food and stay exactly the same weight.

Now that my metabolism is slowed a bit I am tossing around the idea of making a push for 175-180lbs of lean muscle but I need to be creative in how I go about it because I HATE lifting weights, I get bored about 30 seconds into it and never hit the zone.

I have a question for the other Libras too. I Have always had a ridiculously high amount of functional strength for my size. In any contact sport including martial arts I needed an opponent of 20-30lbs heavier than me before THEY had a strength advantage but I have poor weight room strength. Any other Libras like this?

"I need to be creative in how I go about it because I HATE lifting weights". Here in Atlanta we have what is called HOT YOGA. It's yoga for 90 minutes in a room that's 105 degress. I know it sounds a bit out there but you feel and you start to look amazing after about 3-4 sessions. Since you did martial arts, I think you could easily adapt to this workout... dirnk lots of water, juice or eat fruit if you decide to try it.

Yeah, I don't fight much but just in playful wrestling, I've sent some people across the room.... lol. I'm 5'7, and 175lbs (tits, ass, and thighs ya know) wear a size 8(now), like I said before a stressful weight loss has gain some since but it's mostly muscle.

Most Libra girls I know are very skinny but really curvy so we can sometimes look bigger than we are. I only know one who is/was overweight and she is in the process of losing the extra weight.

I usually range from 95-110lbs. It really has nothing to do with what I do or do not eat. I have no idea why my weight moves so much. It tends to go in years. For a couple of years I will be 90-95lbs. A couple of years 103-105lbs. A couple of years 107-110lb. Only to start the process over again. *shrug*

*Since libras are into looks and all that jazz they are body crazed when it comes to their appearance.

This is untrue. I will give you that we generally have an artistry about our appearance.
