Mars in Libra

For me it means I want everyone to be equal. I don't fear my boss/es for being 'over' me, and I don't look down on newcomers who are supposedly 'under' me. Co-workers who try to dominate me, when they're ranked equal, will be ignored at first, and I will even do the opposite of what they demand at times. When it gets to be too much I will bite (verbally of course!), but I do avoid such confrontations. Co-workers who treat me as equals get the utmost respect and I will even go out of my way to make the day easier for them. Co-workers who want me to lead them, I will teach, but then mostly ignore.

Today I had a new-ish co-worker come to me and ask if she should do one of my tasks because I had a lot to do and her section was almost complete. She is normally very quiet and keeps to herself; doesn't offer things, doesn't ask for things. It was a SWEET gesture! But she had the attitude that she was supposed to do it and didn't really want to. (I have 8th/9th house Scorpio Sun; I can see these things. 😉 ) It baffled me. At first I told her, um, ask our boss over there. But thanks! Then I remembered we have a few of those aforementioned domineering co-workers, and they've probably been pushing her around, as she is a very shy sort! I later went and told her I found it strange the way she asked, and that only our boss can have us do something (basically assign us to it). I alluded to those co-workers, and without naming names, said not to let them push her around.

Yeah I'm so blunt. 😄

my wife has this placement and i'd say ''a little of both'' . A giver in the bedroom, but not very firey about her own needs.

There are quite a few libra mars on dxpnet, since the end of 1981 to mid begin 1982 libra mars was in Rx, and a lot of members gere are 30 to 32. You probably would get more feedback if you post on astrology board.

As for being judgemental, yes I can be. But I'm a Virgo moon too. Maybe those mercurial moons make people slightly judgemental. 🙂

Thanks for the feedback. Hmmm... It's weird bc he is somewhat judgmental when it come to co-workers and his classmates. HA. That is why I was shocked to see that his Mars is in LIbra. I have tons of Libra in my chart (not Mars) and I always find myself wanting everyone to get along and trying to find some form of equality.

His judgmental side is not overwhelming, however, it does peak its head every now and again. Most of the time he laces it with humor, so it makes me laugh, but it's there none the less..... Interesting.

I never said I wasn't judgmental haha. 🙂 If anyone tries to disrupt the smooth-sailing atmosphere, I will actually bother to do something about it. Not one huge thing, but lot's of little things, like the example with my co-worker yesterday. And today she seemed less shy with me, too! Not in words so much, but she did give more friendly eye contact. Though the workplace feels like an extended family of sorts, to me. Customers do not, and are treated based on how they act. If they're patient and kind, I'll hurry for them and give extra info where it's wanted (there's a coupon for that, and over there is where you get it). If they treat me like I'm stupid, all of a sudden the answer they want... has rather slipped my mind at the moment...

Some customers like to have you lead them somewhere when you're ten feet up a ladder. Some customers will actually get upset when you don't assist them RIGHT NOW because you've already got 3 people hovering around you needing something (and 2 are waiting patiently on the 1st). Some customers want to know how to best modify a pre-packaged item to do for them what it wasn't designed to do. Some customers want to buy the display item, which is not for sale, and then berate you for having such a thing in the store at all. Cuz yeah.

We co-workers regularly share such stories with each other. ^_^

It's possible your friend views his co-workers and classmates as I view customers; as not part of his 'group'. He may not feel entirely welcome, or like something about the group is off (unbalanced) and he actually doesn't want to be a part of it. I personally feel welcome in my workplace and that on the whole, most of us treat each other as equals. If he's joking with you about it, he likely sees you as one of the better part of the group.

I have this placement and it's the worst in my chart.
I will continue to think this unless someone can tell me how it's beneficial.
