Mr Cancer, if she really feels you two belong together and you aren't sure she will be with you for life but you do love her, tell her. My guess is that she really does love you. And if you just show her how you really feel she will be loyal to you for life.
If my Cancer would just tell me that he really does love me, I feel it, but he won't express it, so I date others and so does he, but I don't want to, and he seems to get upset that I do but at the same time trying to pretend we are just friends- why I would never leave his side. For he is the one I truly love but until he comes clean with me and tells me the truth I have to go on.
