We've been talking to each other for about 3 mths...
Went out on a date...
Things got awkward...
Things got back to normal...
After things got awkward I decided to back off...hence the things getting back to normal...I guess I was afraid to know show him how interested I were.
Come to think about it...I understand how insecure he is and not ready for a relationship...
When I thought that he no longer lived with his parents I just wondered why he wouldn't take me out and stuff...
Now that I am sure he still lives with his parents it makes sense why he stopped things dry!
Our walk to the mountain didn't commit him to anything..there was no way we would have to drop by his place after...not like after a dinner date or something similar...anyways! I am happy to know that it wasn't me but him.
He is always so caring and affectionate...he asks me a lot about my hobbies, my life, my week-ends...and funny enough he has started telling me a bit more about his past times and what he has been doing on his week-ends...
I honestly think that right now things are just O.K. meaning...just keep on going with the flow until he tells me that he still lives at home and that we can take it from there...BTW I really don't care that he still lives at home...I do too...except that he is 38...but his parents's house is gigantic...mansion style ...
Anyways...today when he got to the gym...we started talking about things...that's when he mentioned his mom's bday...and then I told him about my week-end...and then I was about to talk about my dog but I told him: Ill let you work out you don't have much time left...we'll talk when you are done...
instead when I was done (gym was closing in about 10mins) I went to him and told him: "take your time and finish up with your workout, Ill wait for you downstairs.
So he came down about 10 mins later and we talk for a bit...and I told him about my dog...and he was so genuinely interested and affected by my dog's health...anyways so we talked for about 10mins...than he told me that he had just bought a gift for his mother that's why he was late at the gym and he was also trying to figure out what else he had bought...than he was like oh ya I bought razor blades.
I thought he was very funny that he mentioned he had bought razor blades...as if I would mention that I had bought Deo or wax.
