Can a Gemini male (III Seeker) born June 16th and Libra woman(Perfectioist) born September 28th work out as in become more than friends again?

I don't know what the —seeker?? and —perfectionalist?? part has to do with anything. But I'd say it all depends on why they stopped being more than friends in the first place. Gemini is actually Libra??s best match though if we are only going off of the sun sign.
