HAHAHAHA that made me giggle. From age about 12, 13 or so (it varies).. yup.. MOST guys say they aren't a virgin, even if they are... and then, when it finally happens... nothing changes except the lie becomes the truth. Is that why the guys then have to TOP their previous lie-became-truth by bragging about women they've been with, and sexual things they've done??.. when really, those chicks don't know they exist or laughed in their face.. and the things they've "done" were actually things they saw on a porno once and thought about trying. LOL
I'm glad that virginity is becoming more "popular" in the US again... glad that a lot of kids are not only waiting to have sex, they aren't ashamed of it either.

Whoa.. girl... generally speaking, if a 17, 18 year old GUY readily ADMITS he's a virgin (no matter how many gfs he's had).. it's about a 99.99999% probability that he's telling the truth. A GUY is much more likely to fib and say he's NOT a virgin, so he seems "cooler" or whatever.

I agree with the previous two posts. I've known several guys who waited a long time to have sex.

This is kinda personal, but I'm going to share it anyway.
I have an 18 year old daughter.. she has an 18 year old boyfriend. Now, this boy is a cuuuuutie with pretty blue "bedroom eyes" and long girly lashes and a killer 6-pack abs and a smile that even makes the older married women at his work do a double-take. This boy has had MANY "girlfriends" (albeit none particularly long term.. his 8 months with my girl IS the longest!) and SEVERAL of those girls were.. umm... let's just say not "good" girls like my daughter.. in fact, some were downright slutty and he even "dated" a 23 year old (with two kids!) for about two weeks. But here's the thing... he was a virgin, and said so. Kissed a lot of girls, but never let it go farther. He felt sex was too important to just give it away willy-nilly. My daughter was juuuust a little disbelieving at first (like you) and thought, "How is that possible? He's gorgeous, he's had lots of gfs.. even slutty ones. Is he just trying to make me think he's a good guy?"... but really.. that young Virgo ain't the lying type, and said to her, "I'm a GUY.. why would I lie and say I AM a virgin? Who does that??" LOL

I think he could be getting somewhere by lying about it. See, he's dealing with a girl, not another guy. Women would be more likely to give up the goods to a virgin because she's more likely to think it's sweet and special. This is a great manipulation tactic!
However, i'm not suggesting that this is the case. He could very well be telling the truth. I'm just saying it's not impossible that he could be strategizing and I like to play devil's advocate 😉

Well.. *wince* sad to say, it CAN be, sure. Some women would like that.. either being the one to "corrupt" him, or being the one to get that "special prize"... or pretty sure he doesn't have an STD lol

However if anyone thought a guy was a virgin he'd be mocked for it. So the guys who were lied to everyone about it (even girlfriends) because they didn't want anyone to know. Plus, aside from the guys mocking him, you don't want your girl to think you don't know what you're doing.

Now, follow me here.. even if the logic baffles you like it does me... ever since he was a teen, he would date only virgins... up until around age 30 (when I last heard).. always virgins. She's awesome in every way, but NOT a virgin? Too bad. She's 24, 26 years old and NOT a virgin? Again, too bad. He flat refused to date a non-virgin.. not even ONE to my knowledge, not EVER.

I used to have to fight because of other shit that I did. I have never lost a 1v1 fight but I have had my ass whooped a few times. After a while I started liking the rush that you get. Then I had to change schools and straighten up. The last fight I was in was about 10 years ago. I've been thinking about boxing again to get some of this energy out.
