Emotion is often a momentary thing. I guess other people see it as more important than Libras do? That's my best guess.But no compliments? Where is the fun in that? 😄 That sounds awful.

He is actually I think a libra/Scorpio cusp. Oct 22
My ex had the same birth date and he had no problem complimenting/showing how he felt.
Fricken thing posting before I was done.
You'd probably need to figure out what his placements are, and maybe focus on that venus placement?
