This is like any other gifting... We all theoretically can do it... but in reality there is a small percentage that are naturally open... Normally always visible in astro charts... It is not always about only seeing... some times hearing... and feeling is much more common...

i found that dominant earth placements = hearing. water = feeling ghosts/seeing them.

i don't know what fire and air would bring.

8th house = possible psychic ability. 12th house = ghosts.

Taurus ruler is Venus... which deals with sound speaking or hearing...

Scorpio 12 house or 8th housers...

Clairvoyants... strong placements 12house neptune pisces or so on...

There is more but just some

I have seen a ghost/spirit. In my old house. My then bf saw it too and others have "felt" something while staying there making some of them really uncomfortable and a few felt like home, relaxed.

When I was attending my grandmothers funeral around the age of 3-4 there is this image that stuck with me where I seem to recall seeing an old lady in the far off distance across the cemetery, as through a mirage (it was summertime). Something about her seemed familiar, despite that I don't at all remember anything about my grandmother. I remembered looking curiously at my dad but he didn't bat an eye and I felt like saying something but couldn't find the words. This memory stuck with me as something I dreamt or just a figment of my imagination, but having mentioned it to my parents later in life they could confirm the scene and some specific details, like how the woman in the mirage did bear close resemblence to my grandmother and how she was usually dressed.

I'm still not sure what to make of it, but I think children definitely are more open to the other side as I seem to vaguely recall a few other incidents that could have been dreams or figments of my imagination, but then again not.
