Am I going to tell you some metaphysical property about changing the world through your perceptions? Yes and No.
No, this isn't a magical formula, you can't create a spoon out of thin air. The world does operate on laws. However, I can tell you about how changing your perceptions can change your reality.
Our mind is naturally the filter by which we see the world around us. To an optimistic person, life is a grand adventure. To a pessimistic person, life is a grand torture. To the optimistic person, a problem is a challenge to overcome and a way to express our inner divine love. To a pessimistic person, a problem is an obstacle to being happy and having what we want.
