Aries Sun Libra Ascendant vs. Libra Sun Aries Ascendant

How would you describe these two combinations? What are their similarities, if any? How do they differ?

Also, other VS combos are welcome.

I was inspired by a local influencer. She is the latter - as opposed to my positions.

There are some similarities, but we couldn't be further from one another.

I don't know how you would know a person's rising sign without asking them what time they was born or without coming clean and ask what their rising sign is. I only know scorpio ascendants blindly just by their presence and I can feel them creepin up from behind. It's like with them I can smell a rat.

Anyway I would probably say they clash. I know a Libra dude (and we clash pretty frequently) and my guess would probably be Gemini rising for him. We are complete opposites from one another. He's outgoing, I'm a hermit. He's extroverted I'm introverted. He's open, I'm closed. He's talkative, I'm quiet. Lots of imbalance scales going on there.
