This person just seems like a creep in general, gives bad vibes. Doesn’t do anything harmful that I’m aware of but I wouldn’t be surprised if he did. And he doesn’t seem to have any awareness of how people perceive him. Otherwise, he wouldn’t be hanging out in their vicinity. No one tells him to back off, but no one wants to be near him either.
Should I say something to him? Maybe that would trigger something or most likely, nothing would change. I have hinted that I didn’t like him but my friends are afraid of him so they keep the peace. I hate cowards.
