Woman Who Made False Rape Claim Sentenced to Prison
Stinking bitch was smirking while the poor guy was reading his statement, didn't give a fuck that she destroyed their lives. But hey, she's the one collecting literal cobwebs in jail where she belongs. Love it.

they're not women, they're children. By abusing the system like that they make it harder for women who have suffered sexual assault to be taken seriously.

I guess we needed another thread on the same exact topic so I'll sum up my response.
Yes she did a bad thing, good that she got punished. But rape still does happen more often, without equal punishment.
What's annoying is that some women believe this is only something whackjobs would do, and not someone in their social circle. But if they opened their eyes and ears they'd realize how common this train of thought is. Women for most part, are assholes too.
I said it before, I know one acquaintance of my gf who I overheard talking to one of her friends about pinning rape charges against a guy... not to take it to trial, but just to wreck his reputation.
The guy is a known womanizer, not DJ level or anything, just a Scorpio Mercury 'little less conversation' type of guy. He's got them lined up, most can accept it's just a ONS or occassional fwb. Others think they can change him - they want what they can't have, just like this girl - she's in it with unrealistic expectations so the only way to gain control of the situation isn't by getting her head in check like most normal people, but by trying to pin him as a rapist. The thing is though, the way many women work, this will only make him more interesting and add to the mystery that isn't.
And what's your point?
I'd rather wait for all the evidence in each individual case before judging a group of people based off of a prior incident. Every case is unique so grow up..

Rape is a very serious crime. Tarnishing someone's record with a false rape claim is deplorable. It takes credibility away from real victims. It ruins people's lives. I think it is such a serious topic, to lie over it should be taken just as seriously.

Honestly, I hate these type of women, just as much as a rapists.
This is why I get so annoyed with women who use sexual assaults as some form of validation, attention, or revenge.
As a survivor, I hope all these bitches, burn in hell.
If police actually went through rape kits instead of putting them in storage to collect dust maybe we would take rape victims more seriously and follow through with burden of proof.

20 years ago, they could blame a backlog, but come on! My $ 99 spit DNA test from 23andme took 3 weeks for results. There are no more excuses.

Its crazy right! Over 70% end up in cold storage.
I remember reading about a case where they tested the rape kit 30 years later and ended up realizing that the wrong man was in jail PLUS the actual rapist was linked to over 15+ other reported rapes over the 30 years.
Take into account that almost all statistics are put together by activist groups, not the federal government. They literally don't care about women (and men) being sexually assaulted. Prolly cause the dudes in charge of making the laws are guilty of the same? Well connect the dots...

No sympathy. I can't lie, sorry. If I read the morning paper tomorrow and it says "The girl who cried wolf raped in a twisted irony of fate" I'd probably get a tingly sensation of satisfaction. She can sit there and ponder on it.
Though I wonder if that person would have the same reaction to rape as a normal functioning woman or as the narcissist/ psychopath that she is. I'm willing to bet she'd just sit there and try n figure out how to best exploit her "ordeal".
