Who's in?

The rules..you do not have disclose your weight unless you want to.

It is percentage of weight lost, not actual pounds.

Each week we will have a winner, who will get their very own Kudos thread with tons of GIFs.

The contest will run until May 1..so 6 months.

I will keep an Excel spread sheet.

You are encouraged to post pictures of your progress. You can decapitate yourself in the picture in order to remain a mystery if you so choose.

I will probably add more rules as we go along.

I am going to lose 40 pounds by May 1st and I need help ! So help me, do it with me.

I'm in! I don't have too much weight to lose (7 kgs) but I NEED a lot of toning- the fat tummy seriously needs to get lost.

Flat tummy, v-shaped thighs & tight round booty here I come!

Dec 1st. Thanksgiving will be the last time you can go crazy with the food.

I'm getting excited. We are going to be hot(ter) by the summer. 😄

Sounds like a great project! Good luck to all...

And screw societal pressure, but being fit and healthy definitely helps me with stress, insomnia and generally having a positive outlook on life 🙂 and ladies- start lifting weights! Even little ones to start with- amazing for toning and bone density etc!

p.s. I absolutely agree with Seraph, scales are pure evil- go with clothing/ compliments/ measurements! I read somewhere that it takes 4 weeks for you to notice the difference, 8 weeks for close friends & family to notice and 3 months for everyone else... Or thereabouts!
