Mmm... I don't think I'm qualified to give any concrete answers on that. I imagine that it's something which is dependent on other factors in the chart and also the type of aspect, how tight the orb is etc. The major recurring themes though are 8th house-ish in nature though. Because the Moon is a sensitive point in the natal chart being in aspect to Pluto has the potential to significantly increase emotional intensity, and to some extent, obsessive and manipulative tendencies. It tends to be an aspect that draws energy from drama and violence, sex and even death.

Unfortunately cafeastrology has a habit of putting a positive spin on things while glossing over the less than glamorous parts. There isn't much mentioned about the possibilities for emotional implosion, psychosis, mental illness, manic mood swings and depression, violent behaviors, near death experiences, or mommy issues. The Hades aspect isn't really one that I would encourage anyone to wish for.

You're not alone TMV... I've had my fair share of mood swings and depression... And I think I have conquered all these... Sleeping enough hours, praying, eating healthy foods, and other therapeutic activities keeps me away from all these negative things. It really works...
