I'm sorry if this isn't the correct forum to ask this in and I have asked dxp for some help on this but I am new so bear with me. I just joined and I updated my profile and pic and it says they were updated but nothing changes. Again, sorry if this is the wrong place to put this. Thanks for any help!

If your profile pic is too large a file it wont show up.. use a smaller file size and try again. I thiiiiimk the file size limit is around 200 kb??

Ok this definitely solved my profile pic problem. Thank you! Now if only I could figure out why my changes to my profile information aren't sticking.

I am only adding like 6 words to it and I am trying to change my birthday and it still won't save the info. Sigh.

Chalk it up to the site's bug problems after the recent update lot of things got messed up. Persistence is key

This website is a real piece of shit...
