umm Squat, stiff leg deadlift, deadlift ...yeah that's bout all do at the moment

I suppose leg curls incorporate the 'ASS' but I don't always do them. Stiff leg deadlift works dem hams hella good

yes, ok lol but I still think the primary movers are more the hamstrings and lower back.
It looks like its about 495 if those are 45 lb plates and an olympic bar

umm I got spanked basically.

I dated an Aqua girl in high school who was ironically also one my best friends in high school... definitely best friend that was a female anyways.
