Green peppers, shredded mozzarella and jalapeno peppers. The peppers give the foods an enticing smell too.

ramen noodles ftw
I had a roommate in college whose boyfriend used to put cream cheese in his ramen. It was actually pretty good. I've seen people put spicy peanut butter too for a pad Thai flavor
I like my ramen "dry". Boil like normal, drain, cook at a low temp to cook off excess moisture while sprinkling half a pack of seasoning. Add green onions, eggs, or broccoli. Add leftover meat and you're good to go.

I'm going to try this even though I'm a picky eater. If my taste buds are unsatisfied, that's your head.

Lately it's pico de gallo guacamole, extra pepper. So damn good I had it for breakfast and dinner.
I love an avocado with half a lime and salt for breakfast.
Sometimes I'll put salt in an avocado then an egg and roast it. SOO yummy

I'm allergic to avocados 😢But they are so good.
My sister is too and we serve it at almost every dinner. It's abundant in the Caribbean.
My daughters have become obsessed with mascerated strawberries. We've been putting them on waffles, I think I'll make some crepes this weekend

fried eggs with sauted tomatoes on bread/toast.... the trick is to fry the tomatoes in the same pan the eggs were fried in - you season the tomatoes wtih sugar, salt and pepper.
The quick frittata. I need cheese too but I love it.

I love all kinds of food and I'm fairly a good cook. I love cooking shows and road trips based on food I've seen on tv. I saw how to make dulce de leche on tv and I've become obsessed with it. I've mixed it with almond butter and now I want to smear it on everything. What are your good obsessions?
