HAHAHA. Maybe for you all. Fedex is fucking awful here. I hate them. I prefer UPS vs Fedex.
I recently had my phone sent in for some warranty work. It was supposed to be delivered, signature required, last Tues. Great. It was my day off so that worked out beautifully. I was at home all day, waited downstairs so I could hear them and everything. Went upstairs for a few mins because I still can hear a door knock regardless.
I come back downstairs and VOILA a fucking door tag. "We missed you, we're attempting again tomorrow."
Fuck you, assholes. Didn't even knock on the door. Just tagged and ran. They came the next day, AFTER I'd left for work. Third day, I had to put a note on my damned door telling them that I was home and to KNOCK, as well as sign the door tag just in case they decided to be assholes again.
That got his damned attention. I was running the risk of it being sent back and waiting another week and a half for it to be sent back to me AGAIN. :/ THREE days wasted sticking around waiting for these guys to deliver my shit.
One of my old jobs required me to deal with all the shippers and we had similar issues across the board with Fedex. Just shitty overall. Depended on the delivery person though since they're all contracted out and all that bs. It's why so many of them couldn't care less. One of the drivers of another Fedex service stopped by shortly after the other dude bailed that first day and I talked to her about it. She's like omg you have to call and get ON them and yell at them! Haha. That's just pretty damned sad.

No wonder Fed-Ex is so famous. They are the most flawless delivery service you can get. But most of the time I order shit online, it's always another company delivering my stuff and they always screw up!
