Does it take for a man/woman to been seen as a player/ho?

If it's confirmed that multiple folks want them sexually, yet unconfirmed that anyone got them yet, thus assumed they indulged in their chances until proven virgin or untouchable.

Ask you all since the mentality of this seems odd to me. The standards also aren't as consistent as it's said to be as well.

Considering that the OP begins by confirming a guilty until proven innocent bias I'm going to say that actual numbers aren't necessarily applicable. It doesn't matter what a person does or doesn't do, there will always be someone, somewhere being judgmental about them.

Which is sad.
Unless you want them sexually or are concerned about their health/safety, I see no reason or benefit to care about how active other people are.

Unless you want to ruin their rep to look more appealing? You'd get unwanted suitors and set yourself up to be in their place if that works too well.

More than 3 per week seems reasonable.
