I waited almost until 7 pm. Then I go home and check my facebook. 7 pm, he sends a message: "phone battery's low. I'm gonna turn the phone off. Where ya bitch? If you're not here in 30 minutes, I'll wait in 'x place'"
'X place' being fucking far away. Also on a side note, he didn't even give me his new number. So I can't contact him.
Should I have waited more? Or would you do the same?
Ill wait for someone who has the disency to text me that they are stuck in traffic or running late... But if i dont hear from them in with in 30-45 min (shit happens) im gone...
You also need to think about... How often this happen— If is a once every long time is ok... again is no a pattern.
A friend of mine make me suffer so much with her constant flakiness and tardiness but god forvid that i make her wait once she arrived because once princess arrive at her own time people should be there... that it reach a point in which you need to stop trying, it takes two to tango...
I have very little patients for this sort of thing. Manners cost nothing if you know you're going to be late you should let that person know.
If I'm waiting at home, I'm usually distracted so probably don't notice the 1st 30 mins, after which I'll call and or msg if no answer or response I give it maximum of another 30 mins. If no contact I'm done! Don't knock my door after an hour!
If I'm meeting someone in a public place, they get 15mins max. If no answer or reply to a call or msg, I'm gone.
