Lol how embarrassing but I feel all this time on DXPNET has prepared me for this..



Hey knoxy I want you to know I really love you and I’ve never had a manger that’s been so in love with their crew as you are and I know you are under some fire atm. BUT! You told me it’s important to put the customer first and I have been BUT! the air in our venue is out of control, you have the air full blow in the pokies and in the managers office but you refuse to put air on in the dining room and this is the place that is making us money. With all due respect I want us to live up to the expectations of us customers but I don’t have any more excuses to give to patrons as to why we are not able to give them air flow on a Monday night. We have two projectors on the dance floor and both of them are giving off incredible heat and amongst the food that we are dishing off along with patrons they are giving off heaps of heat with all their meals in the venue. And I’ve had people ask me why there are no air cons on and I’m sick of giving stupid excuses as to why we aren’t able to provide a room with clean air to our patrons. You can go to dominos, Woolworths etc and they have clean air but at the plantation hotel we only do in the managers office and in the pokies and half the time there’s no one in the pokies. I mean no disrespect and I know that we are trying to save money but as floor supervisor I have to respect my patrons and I’m running out of excuses to give them as to why we don’t have suitable air flow especially when our managers and pokie rooms do, thank you respectively. X

Btw I was drunk when I wrote this but my manger is really cool and at time he is more gay than I am
