I Wonder...

Rarely--once, twice, three times a year maybe...When I think about the future I'd briefly space out and I'd be filled with this powerful, light, feeling in my heart. I could almost cry tears of joy. I felt this same feeling this morning at around 2:30 AM is one such time. I feel like something good is waiting for me sometime in my future.

I have sometimes thought this feeling may simply be something else though.

I may just have a lot more hope in me than I think.

Or some benevolent entity is close to me in a literal sense. I do feel that something watches me though. Which reminds me. I think the owl spirit brought company. A black panther.

Has anyone felt something like this when they thought the future?

Or does anyone have experiences with spirit guides?

But I've also experienced moments that were as beautiful in the present time.

I have too but I would know why I would feel like that. This last occurence I know nothing more about except that it feels really good when I think about my future.

I always think I am just tapping into the beauty and light that is always there when I have those moments. It seems to elude us most of our lives because we are so busy just living, but it's always available.

What a nice sentiment. Too bad I'm no good with painting. I'd very much like to attempt to present it on canvas.
