1996-2000. I can't believe Gen Xers hated that time period. If anything at all, it's my favorite. Never mind all the boy bands and spice girls. It don't matter. I love it!
Late 90s
It's that time in world history when everybody's saying, it's cool to be in the 90s! 🙂 You don't hear people say 2013 (or any recent year for that matter) cool. 🙂
2001 changed everything for me. it's never the same thing again after that. late 90s was when world economy was at its peak. @_@
The Nineties have been romanticized-- just like the 60's were romanticized in the 90's.
But the 90's did have a great soundtrack. 😉

Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Guns N' Roses, System of a Down.

Gosh you were in what middle school? You were worrying about the economy then. 😛 Haha. Just teasing. I know you're speaking in retrospect. What specifically has you thinking about the 90s?click to expand
Yeahp... I think I'm a natural-born economist. Lawyer not much though. I think Economist conjuncts me. Lawyering merely sextiles. LOL.
Seriously, the late 90s were the last years of my childhood life. and things were always going easy then. 2013 though I'm kinda feeling it again.
Also, I love music back in the late 90s. That's why I couldn't believe Rock fans hated that era. Well, it was post-grunge era. I love post-grunge. Creed. Nickelback. Just to name a few. It doesn't mean that when Kurt Cobain died in 1994, the world already ended. That's just crazy.
Was good years to be young. Mostly for Monday nights 😛
