Apparently there's a site recently opened by a Canadian that said Cape Brenton island scouting off of Nova Scotia will be open to American immigrants in the event that Donald Trump wins presidency. What do you think about this? I think I would do it too. -

lol seriously, who would want american immigrants?

Well we are already over run with immigrants and treating them better than our own citizens.. I think I'd prefer Americans.

What we are doing with the refugees is a slap in the face to the Canadian citizens who are already homeless and struggling.

What will it take for Americans to realize there are 560+ other members of the Federal Government that affect the direction of the nation?

The president only has so much power and can only truly act with authority from congress and approval of the SCOTUS.

All this attention over one office...meanwhile congress, state, and local officials continue to be the politicians that truly impact the lives of the average American.

Yeah but depending on who gets attached to the senate it'd be too damn likely that whatever Trump's going to do will pass in a vote.
