Organ donation

Well, I just got my card in the mail, so the subject is on my mind. Who else here is a register donor? And to those who aren't, why do you hate humanity so?
Kidding. I would be curious as to your reasons, though.

Alright, let me amend the post: "Who else here is a register donor? Did you find it difficult to talk to your family about it? How did you broach the subject?"

I see. The dude who signed me up told my I needed to talk to my parents about this, as my corpse would be their property after I croak.

I haven't gotten around to getting any of those, so yeah.

My mom probably isn't thrilled about this. She gave the letter telling me I got a letter she would rather I didn't see. Well, she knows about this now, and I doubt she would actively prevent my wishes from being fulfilled in the event of my demise, so I think I'd just avoid that particular morbid conversation.

Dammnit, the morbidity has tracked me down!

Yeah, but some people fight costly legal battles over that sort of thing. It's a religious thing.

even though organs are donated i think u should get some money or at least give your family some money......ya know how much u can get on the black market for a kidney!!🙂 u donate your organ for free and everyone else makes out...the doc gets paid, the hospital gets paid, someone gets some more life......donate=loser. (i am a donar too so im a loser too)lol

I probably will. All of my organs are either super healthy or super beat up though.
