Next time you actually feel relaxed, capture the moment remember how you feel and what made you feel that way. Next time you need to relax take yourself back to that moment, works with practice. Paul mckenna has some good CD's to listen to that can help you relax. my mum had a "i can make you thin" one. i didnt want to lose weight but his voice was soothing and made me relax and everyone was actually shocked that my plate wasnt wiped clean like usual the next day after dinner lol.

Tense your entire body up and relax one thing at a time. Each muscle group at a time. Long hot bath with sandalwood oil in it. Get a massage. Herbal tea. Soft music, or none if it distracts. Lock in on one thing, like a candle flame until it goes out of focus and makes pictures dance within it.
When you concentrate on your breathing imagine one color as stress/tension, the other as relaxation/well being. Breathe OUT the stress and imagine yourself taking IN the other.
Long walks outdoors.

Me too! It seems like most Aquas I know are always tensed up and stressed about something. I permanently have knots around my shoulders and neck...and they hurt when people try to massage me!! grr
