She ISN'T spinning
It's like she makes a semicircle and then rapidly switches to the other direction. It doesn't look like a full circle, rather like a weird semicircle dance.

She is spinning clockwise. I've seen this before. If I look at it long enough, she'll start spinning the other direction.

She doesn't spin. At least not smoothly. This looks like a glitch to me. Weird af.
