Posted by tizianiThat's why I'm hesitant.
Usually I'd say take the cheque, but a lot of people I know who've sold their business lived to regret it if they didn't have the next thing lined up.

I would love to move out of state. My Libra and I have been planning it for awhile but we are waiting for our kids to finish school. I'm getting antsy though.
My business does well but I hate it. 90% of my work is January-April and I'm already dreading going back. A large company has been offering to buy me out for 3 years now and I'm tempted to take it but I'm scared. What will I do afterwards?
My casino job is part time and seasonal so I couldn't live off that income. The buyout would support me for a couple years but then what? I have a million things that I would like to do but I lack focus.
I just want to be happy but right now, I'm not.
How do you get out of a funk?
