Suicide in the workplace

Hay guys I'm just checking in to see how ya all doing in your work places. I've personally come a long way since last year my last workplace was really bumming me out and quite frankly I was on the brink of running out the door and into the highway, it would have come true had my friends not intervened.

I just finished chatting to a guy who I know on Facebook who was let go from his job and he just wrote a huge rant saying how his job and managers were shit and he's doing well at his new job etc just made me feel good reading it haha.
