Her social media was wiped clean right before this was made public but photos of her came out front and center of the anti Trump resist protests, pink vagina hat and all. The witnesses that she listed, including her close friend, all deny her story. Two other men came forward and said that it was them, now Kavanaugh. She doesn't remember the date, location or where it took place.

I don't like the guy, and I have no doubt the ex-frat boy has some sexual skeletons in the closet.
That being said, we still live in the United States and you're still innocent until proven guilty. If accusations like this are made, the only proper course is to halt proceedings and investigate. If the accusations are credible, withdraw the nomination and refer to authorities appropriately. If the accusations are not credible, move on. The current dog and pony show format they have going on is ridiculous. If HER allegations are true, justice will never be served. Likewise if HE is innocent, a man has been destroyed.
My issue then really isn't with him as much as it is with the politicians running this shit show. It doesn't seem like their testicles have dropped for either Dems or Repubs. Their all acting like a bunch of entitled children who need their asses whooped.

Kavanaugh's rage says a lot. And to all y'all who are like "This bitch purposely decided to speak up about her case only now as a political tactic": Sexual assault victims are forever traumatized by what they go through. Some have panic attacks thinking about what happened to them, lots have issues dissociating. If you're not a victim of sexual assault and you're out here blaming Ford for not coming forward with her story sooner, you have no right to say so and you have no right to shame the woman for what she did. She was courageous for stepping up and telling her story given the circumstances, and she showed much strength and grace while giving her testimony. Kavanaugh, on the other hand, showed a lack of restraint with his childish temper which was unleashed at a time where he needed to maintain his composure. I don't know if y'all want another raging boy as a U.S. government official but I don't. Lol.
Also, I know some of you would be like "She's such a bitch!" if Ford lost her temper but the same people would excuse Kavanaugh for being a "strong man." Because clearly, sexy men go into rages and women need to shut up and clean up after their husbands. 😂

I have a theory. She is telling the truth; but she went over to that house (against her mother's warning not to) with hopes of getting attention from Kavanaugh. She more than likely had a huge crush on him and thought that he would give her some attention. She drank a beer at 15 (she's not some innocent) and went upstairs to supposedly to use the bathroom, knowing Kavanaugh was up there. She was hoping to get attention from him but the type she got (pushing her in a room, laughing while grinding on top of her and his friend laughing too.). She felt not only abused, but humiliated, not good enough and unattractive. They would not have treated a pretty girl the way they treated her. Her self esteem fell in the toilet and she's spent years of her life trying to get over his rejection. She definitely had a romantic interest in Kavanaugh but knew he didn't see her as good enough.

Now there are chances that we will never have a court ruling about his guilt or innocence.
This helps nobodoy and only makes it harder for future, similiar cases to be taken seriously.
I'm not american but from what I know they could have used the investigation to delay things enough and then have a shift with the midterms that allows them to fight his appointment with regular political means. Your knowledge isn't wrong per se, it's the fact that the current party refuses to follow it's own protocol. Yes things should of halted, proper investigation should have been taken, then the hearing then the ruling for his seat. But the Republican party wanted to rush so they could get Kavanaugh in as a Justice. This part is all a political ploy. They need him on their side when it comes to certain laws, specifically to overthrow Roe v Wade.

Even today, they keep beating the "FBI should investigate" drum. Kavanaugh has already had the FBI do that 6 times in the past.
They (Fords attourneys) can file this in court in Maryland, but that then opens things up to discovery, which is a real bitch and I don't think they really want to go there.

No. Had Sanders been elected and the Dems taken back the house and/or Senate, that answer may have been different.
It still in no way invalidates my claim that those on the right are just as guilty of "not accepting" the results of an election or not realizing that "elections have consequences".
