US. 🙂

The 1960's for black folk save for the music was a crap shoot. The fashion some parts of it are resurgent even today...can't say that is a good thing or a bad thing though.

What do you like about the U.S. 1960's in specific?

The advocacy for peace and love which culminated in Summer 1969's Woodstock. That's got to be really awesome. I do not wish to live through that era coz no internet but I really want to feel its vibe again.

I like the fashion and the music. Some of them are coming back but the 1960s are hardly featured as an entire decade unlike 1950s, 70s, 80s, and 90s, all of which were featured in a few movies and tv shows.

bunny, most of the 60s were not like 1969.

The sexual revolution/hippie era started around 1968, the first part of the 60s were normie culture.

All the men had to wear formal jacket by 20, shave closely and go to work while the woman at home. Most women were wearing boring dresses and big hair.

The boomer got bored and started wrecking shit up. Wearing a leather jacket was considered rebellious

Can you imagine the beatles were mocked for having too long hair

Woodstock is remembered as more 1970s than 1960s

But it happened in 1969, right?
