Wow. I'm excited for this. Holy moly, holypesto101
I honestly think I have experienced this.
It was last year.
I meditated in a way that was highly focused.
In time it literally felt like I was spinning inside my body. I remember hearing a loud rumble too and it got louder as it progressed.
It stopped and my vibration adjusted accordingly because of anxiety I started to have. I'm sure this probably has to do with my ego being in fear of "death". It was unreal.
I started trance channeling and certain spirits who come into me feel different.
I remember I channelled a particular consciousness and as soon as I felt him, i felt long period of dejavu.
It felt like I was in this safe space outside of time.
I think I was experiencing some high level frequency there too.
I was also doing this meditation in water too.

How does resonance and vibration occur when there is no matter to resonate and vibrate?

This is it! You channel the waves around you somehow. On a few websites they call it hemi sync, where the unsynced left and right brain are hypnotized by sound to then come together and trance out.
I don't believe its fear of death or anxiety but more fear of the unknown. Because you're awake to it and you know you can manipulate things in ways that make no sense at all. But most people fear contacting others. Or seeing themselves in a projection. Or something else entirely.
How did it feel to be in an environment with other spiritual entities flowing thru you?? Most of the stories i've read people go 'nope screw this' and tap out back into the matrix.
Safe spaces out of time. I believe that. Sort of like inception where you may dip into different layers of consciousness that affect time.
But tell me more about water. This is something i stumbled across in a deep reply section in youtube where someone vaguely discussed it and space in the same sentence. There's more to this.

Crazy stuff. Possession of ones body or conjuring dark spirits & shadow people is beyond outside my scope, for sure.
I have spoken to another of very very similar accounts with the grey haired lady. In this case, without legs. The same person said her husband was once possessed in her bed and started moving in inhuman ways like double jointing and even as far as defying gravity. And they directly contact you (mostly) malevolently via controlling people. This case was in the bedroom too. I don't know her history but these shadowy figures (the old lady without legs or babies without heads) are attached to her, even if they camp 200 miles away from home.click to expand

The fear of Baba Yaga. Babayka.
I've heard a lot. Nothing surprises me any more. It's odd. I make an assumption that because of mason bloodlines, there must be witchcraft used via medium rather than accessing the arcane by oneself. But other cases i read about seem to attach entities of this nature using either method. When we generally view the world in a 2 tier binary way, like we've been taught, it makes it difficult to discern.click to expand

Wow I never actually explained this.
This is healing for me because alot of people
Here around me, I'm just stuck right now as to
How I let this out or know. Any who.
So I actually leave my body.
I'm unconscious in a way but I'm not.
There is this huge knowing that I'm close with
God and then they come.
My mouth and body all move on their own without my effort.
And when they talk I immediately forget the words because it's not coming from me.
I'm just synced enough on their level to have similar waves of information.
Most spirits feel or have feminine energy
even if they were known to be men. It's not a
female energy but "yin" feminine in nature
like they are passive and not intrusive
(Not to say that masculine energy is).
Certain spirits like Prince (from all others surprisingly) the musician and another named Bashar. Also Thoth. Have the most masculine energy.
I have ever felt. The answers are fast and direct.
...
The water meditation is like an enhancer.
If I'm not mistaken, and I've been told that the
water is very high in frequency by nature and is the closest to the highest realms in the physical.
It enhanced my channeling
As I enter into this state.
Helps me feel relaxed to shift aside
and have more detailed information*
...
I also can feel them around me sometimes.

I remember learning about this when I was 19 or so. It was about the time I was using I-doser and reading Samuel Sagan's books. I found out about Hemi-sync, Monroe's books and the Gateaway experience and I was planning to go to one of these Monroe Institute' workshops but I never attended because my mother found out and she thought I was getting lured in by a weird cult. It was mostly curiosity that made me partake in this, due to my first spontaneous OBE in 2004, I may have already posted about that here.
In general all my experiences have been quite positive, albeit the very first one I had could easily be perceived as an alien abduction which is a common OBE interpretation for the uninitiated I found, and so I had mixed feelings about it, in one hand I felt great carrying the elatedness of the experience but there was also this fear (and excitement) the unknown triggers within you. I was still a minor, I didn't know anything about sleep paralysis or OBEs then.
My remote viewing was tested, but my results failed. I was still new at it and worried at the possibility of it quickly leading to unethical practices, considering you are legitimately gathering real information about others without permission. That's what made me "nope" out of it, I stubbornly declared I wasn't going to do it instead of exploring at its fullness the possibility of what I may be capable.

I had a pretty bad experience after reading the real Satanic Bible. Not levay, the military dude with the eyebrows. Michael Aquino I think.
Got 19 pages in and blacked out, hallucinations about demons, shadow people and ghosts for days then I was fine afterwards.
Never doing that shit again. Scary part is I remember blacking out on page 19 but one if the images I remember seeing was on page 42.
Don't fuck with the occult.

I have heard similar things about water but I think the simplest answer for its efficacy in meditative practices can be found in the sensory deprivation element. Float tanks became a trend in the wellness community as they are found relaxing for the same reason.

Your experiences hit a far higher level than those i've read. Incredible.
If youre tapping into healing energy, there are differing Focus modes that try to define it. I think they are called Focus 12, 15 and 21. 12 is like the riding of the gate but not going thru, 15 is where healing modes operate and 21 is full blown nonsense lol. I have had one Focus 21 experience, but yet to explain here, but it obviously involves water. 🙂
As a guess your connection to God has allowed you to know that youre not in company or are protected from malevolent entities. The lack of fear because you know they cannot harm you. But then you mention Thoth and accessing the database of the ancients.
I 100% relate to the mouth movement and speech and having no control nor memory of it. It's so weird. Other texts i've looked at with communication vary. Most also forget the dialogue but recall as clear as day what they did and felt.
To access the higher frequencies of water, did you use an incubating method prior, or am i asking the wrong question?click to expand

This is precisely it. Most other accounts i've read up on without using Monroe gear all have the same thing in common. They fell into it by complete accident, by forgetting themselves, removing all conflict and then within seconds, the nanolathing of pure energy flowing thru and around you takes over. I also believe it hits us all no matter what our life situation is (bar drug abuse) we can all access the central hub.
The confusion and shock disturb all of us. They (again non Monroe participants) say it gets a lot easier to tap in and becomes increasingly difficult to tap back out. Not to mention how much more advanced each experience became. Fear took over most, especially those who contacted other spirits.click to expand

How does water meditation work?

How does it feel.?
Their presence.
It doesn't feel spooky like youd think.
It feels like you're in the library.
It's a neutral feeling.
To access the higher frequencies of water, did you use an incubating method prior, or am i asking the wrong question?
Yes. Exactlly. ThaTs the only reason why Ifeel comfortable enough to go into the trance . Because I'm close to God and my mother. I feel protected.
Also, when they speak, the information is gone usually from me because it's not coming from me. They can write for me. Record things for me though.it
It also can depend on the level of how deep I am and how much I can handle.
The more deep the more of who they are I experience.
No I only sat in the bath in my meditation state.
And I didn't know that about the Focus group!
Edit: Do they describe the strength level?
Strength level of focus needed to achieve certain gateway experiences?

I've grabbed a couple of binaural beats apps to use later tonight. This could be fun!
Accidental obe's are always interesting reads. And always annoying because 1. You have no idea what happened and 2. Most people write you off as crazy trying to mansplain it and as a result, you get scared and don't want any further part in it. Am glad you looked into it at least. Knowing is awesome.
When asking for information outside of yourself with remote viewing, did you feel an energy trying to stop you from doing so, or did you trance out and decide what you were doing was wrong?
The paralysis side of it became less and less of an issue for me over time.
Rather than have OBE's, i became more at one with my environment, was always completely conscious. I didn't leave my body. I could move around and speak, could feel the air going in and out of me like i was limiting my capacity trying to remain mentally grounded.
When I'd tap in, my requests were simple. All i wanted were ~3 things. 1 of them is a passive aura driven by the other actives. The choices were 'to do something comforting' with no underlying specific details more than say a cup of tea. And the other was what can i 'do' & learn about myself here? It was a pure, innocent exp for me.
Requesting outside influences was something i refused to partake in. I was brought up in a conservative (religious) environment and have been taught not to communicate with other spirits because of the unknown motives of said spirits. The ones i know of live in a loop and i genuinely fear them. Where others like Aju here communicate with deities. I think it takes a special person to find such power.

The virgin OBE experience may as well be the "purest" one, the lack of information would make you hypothetically unbiased.
I don't remember sharing it with anyone in my environment then. I'm a healthy skeptic, not the sort for blindly believing something but still very open to understand, so if anyone ever wants to question my sanity about something, is highly likely I had already beat them at it. This defines my life really, I had paranormal experiences as far back as I can remember (4-5 yo) and initially I spoke to adults about them partly hoping this was everyone's normal (as they were starting to freak me out), questioning thing and requiring answers almost obsessively and so I believe this is very much part of my own nature, but then adults dimissing the world I perceived as childlike imagination probably shaped it even more (and also pushed me to keep my mouth shut). So my character probably doesn't fit the mystic/esoteric/psychic stereotype, I mean as far as I'm aware there is a lot of charlatans in this area (and if we were to apply astrology here, Neptune is said to be very much related to deception), so while is fascinating to explore the work of Edgar Cayce with an open mind, at the same time I'm also glad people like James Randi exist.
I'm a strong deliberate thinker and I always try to consider the ethical ramifications behind an action so is not strange for me to come to such a decision on my own.
For these sort of practices it is always suggested to develop a strong sense of identity, to combat all these bad energies. But I can relate, I'm not for readily trusting anything or anyone (duh) so for all I care spirits are tricky and deceitful, most likely as a product of their own boredom. I seriously don't think deities would be any different.. or maybe I have read too much mythology.click to expand

Posted by Pesto101Posted by june_rPosted by xxAjuxxI have heard similar things about water but I think the simplest answer for its efficacy in meditative practices can be found in the sensory deprivation element. Float tanks became a trend in the wellness community as they are found relaxing for the same reason.Posted by Pesto101Ooh wow bless you. 🙏Posted by xxAjuxx

Have you or anyone heard or read of someone (trained) who went to a body of water, like a pool or lake to tap in while literally holding their breath?
'Is that air you're breathing now?' 😏click to expand

Same l, for quite a while i kept a firm lid on it. It was obvious that no one in the local vicinity would take this on board. The people (mob) have been trained to follow a doctrine. Not one mention of higher consciousness, or if it were, would be written off as weird or mentally challenged.
The other problem is most of us who accidentally find zen for the first time, we don't go all out. We are human. We fear the unknown and mechanically try to understand what is going on. Keeping as grounded thoughts as possible. Thinking like anyone who hasnt been there, doubting ourselves. It's normal behaviour.
Cayce was around the same time as Tesla, who was an obvious candidate for this. I wonder if they have any discussions one on one out there.
The way you mention spirits, being bored, tricky and deceitful. It could be broken code, or they are trying to communicate to escape or attach to you to give them something. Again, beyond my scope. I'll continue to branch out and read up.click to expand

And you made this thread during Libra season..
I think all signs can be into topics like this. Maybe air signs, as the stereotype goes, are more likely to talk, write, teach... about it. I'm a Cancer and I don't normally initiate these sort of conversations (and I think xxAjuxx is a Pisces?)click to expand

Does anyone here practice the technique. Or have you accidentally fallen into it? More than once? Or someone you know?
It goes like this.. You kind of slump into a lazy position and switch off your brain by thinking of something nearly at its most basic level. You do not fall asleep but you feel a change within. Like a zen..
Pain. Pressure. Weight. All gone. And yet the eyes are open and youre completely conscious and aware. And kinda frightened.
Everything starts vibrating. You're convinced it's pins and needles. You can't move, or at this point you think you can't.. The view is glary and hard to see. Noise amplifies around you and echoes hard, like a wave. Even the sound of a pin dropping initially sends off a painful, overwhelming signal. More mental vs physical because of the unnatural echo and thump behind every sharp noise outside.
Then you settle yourself down and start to move. You move your arms in the air and can feel the vibration speed up when closing into 'solid' objects, then slowing down again after you move away. Even the ceiling and floors vibrate. Everything.
Then while holding it, you stand up and walk.
This is one of a few storiea i have read from various comments sections on the tube or elsewhere. Most if not all have gone to places they wish they hadn't, realized how insane it can get, and simply refuse to go back there again..
Sooo.... Tell me a story! Any cool ones out there of space or underwater exploration? Healing cancer in Focus 21 mode? 😎
EDIT 16 days later: I've found a 'scientific' video to explain it better.
