Things we have all done....

1. Saying 'anywhere here is fine' when the taxi is directly outside your house.
2. Being sure to start gathering your things 15 minutes before your stop so that the person in the aisle seat is fully prepared for your exit.
3. The sense of relief when your FULLY VALID train ticket is accepted.
4. Meeting an aquintance at the train station and praying to God they're not getting on the same train.
5. Studying every corner of the building in attempt to look away from somebody entering their pin.
6. Waiting for permission to leave after paying with the exact change.
7. Being unable to change direction without first taking out your phone and frowning at it
8. Turning down a drink in a friends house for no reason and immediately realizing you made a terrible, terrible mistake.
9. 'You'll have to excuse the mess' translation- ' I've spent seven hours cleaning in preparation for your visit'
10. Indicating that you want the last chip by tryingto force everybody else to take it.
11. Mishearing somebody's name the second time meaning you must now avoid them forever.
12. Leaving it too late to correct someone meaning you must live with your new name forever.
13.' I'm off to bed' translation- ' I'm off to stare at my phone in another part of the house'
14. The relief when somebody doesn't answer their phone within three rings and you can hang up.

-running away from my cat when I want her attention. Then she gives it to me.
- not telling some one that "i get it" just to see how far they feel they need to explain themselves.
-being polite and inviting others to do something first (which i truly mean) but if im lucky they sense my sincerity and insist on me going first.
- i deliberatly ask my customers at check out if they want their change because if i hand it to them they have to take it but if they feel they have options they never want their small change. I save it to help other customers have exact change for me.
- if i buy a pizza and i brag about how good it is and try to feed everyone, i know they will want less..reverse psychology.
I dont have very many. I usually do and say what i really mean.

Ever since she was a kitten i sing that song "dun dun dun dun cant touch this" and she will immediatly chase after me as i run.
