Posted by AerazoBut... that's usually the truth. ?
This magazine of summer activities not sponsored by the school or county has a slogan at the bottom that says:
"SCHOOL IS OUT, SUMMER IS IN, LET THE DRAMA STOP AND THE FUN BEGIN"
it came in my daughters folder with other papers, she's in elementary school and they are imposing that school is just about drama and boring and that the only fun is when summer comes.
This is why kids here aren't encouraged to go to school and learn.

Posted by DepthAndDeathGood point.
Drama as in children's difficult behaviours toward school work. I think the target audience is parents here. I mean do primary school children fully understand the concept of what "drama" is? I don't think so.

Posted by AerazoI agree with you - it is being portrayed in a negative light and it's not a good example

Posted by julietteeFor older students, I think it is dangerous yes. But since it was for primary school graders as the op said, thats why I thought it was more to attract the parents.Posted by DepthAndDeathPosted by julietteeMaybe for higher grades, yes. Or maybe it relates to school performance, so it would be "you can stop worrying about your school performance and now its all about play time!"
well i worked with 12, 13 years olds. so yes, but i guess they didn't even want to target younger ones.
