"Regalmelo un altro"
That's not exactly Italian - it should have been "regalamene un altro" - but it means "of whatever you're gifting me, gift me some more".

"Regalmelo un altro"
I'm not Italian but I speak the language.
"Regalmelo" Is not an Italian word. "Regala me" is Spanish for: give me.
"Un Altro" means "another" or "other" in Italian.
So that sentence would make sense if was meant to be: "give me another", or "give me one more", or "give me another one" something like that, depending on the context.
Edit: too late, the real Italians answered ^^^

I think it's a kiss. She met a fake Italian at the library who doesn't even speak the language, just to flirt with her. She kissed him. And now he is asking for another one.
Regalo / presente = gift / present
Not to confuse with:
Regale = regal
Regole = rules
Regolo = old school way of calling the ruler (the stick for measuring)
