would you care if someone has sex with your corpse

I have thought about giving my body away when I die..for medical purpose or to a body farm
because I'm like.. well, when I'm dead, I'm dead..maybe it's too much of a utilitarian view, but I personally think if my body can be any beneficial cause, then it'd be good..

in somewhat similar sense, I consent to other people consuming my dead body..under dire circumstances..e.g., people were in distress and out of help, like from the movie 'alive'..
I'm dead, so no use to get others people out from the distress..but food is short, then, well.. don't waste my body? :s

then I also thought about 'if a dead body is just a dead body..and one does not care what happens to them after they die..then what about necrophilia? if someone comes up to me after I die and have some sexual acts with my corpse..then what are my thoughts on it??'

here is where I become a bit (self-)confused.. 'hmmmm..I don't think I like the idea of someone getting sexual with my dead body' (—_—)

and I asked myself 'why?' - why I approve the act of cannibalism under certain conditions, but why not dead body sex?

why.. and I have come up with:

1) if someone were to have sexual actions with my corpse..non consensual? > but then what if, I make it clear that someone can have sex with my dead body? would that make things consensual, thus, non violation over my will, my body and my dignity? .. but still..

2) unlike the using dead bodies as food (in a dire situation), this sexual act with a corpse, does not benefit or achieve goals (as in survival..well, one eat human flesh in order to survive..but one has sex with dead bodies..does not lead to procreation..so wasting of both resources - here, corpses and the one who performs coitus..s/he does not get to procreate..no self survive nor survival in a sense of creating offsprings -) .. but it's a rather selfish act..of who wants to satisfy one's perverted sexual desire..


so on the second reason, I think I can say I would not approve any necrophiliac acts over my corpse..

I wanted to work there before when I was younger..like forensic science..but alas..I studied fashion, english lit and international/constitutional(my home country's) laws..and never got a chance to go down that path..

I really could care less what happen to my body??_??_just as long as they're finished they plant it with a tree.

You won't be inhabiting your body anymore, at that point.

The odds are greater that your body will be of good service for medical students and the like.

You just can't control everything.

Like charitable giving-- naturally, you're responsible for investigating to an extent-- but once that money leaves your hand, the giving is done.

What the recipient does with it is between them and their higher authority.


So.. are they still compensating you in this lifetime for donating your body to science?

but this is what I mostly do when I've free time..just some topics come to my mind or head and I go think about them..until other ideas come and occupy my mind that is..

i just researched body farms...its different. interesting.

i wonder if that place is haunted. i know that bodies that are submitted are usually volunteered and consented, but there are still a few that are there mainly because no one claimed them, and they have to go somewhere.
