Aqua moon dating Pisces moon...

I feel like I'm way too aloof and insensitive compared to him !!! even though he has sun in Aqua though his Venus and moon r in Pisces.. he's super seeet and caring and sensitive and attentive where I can be that though the aloofness does take over.. what should I be mind for for not hurting his feelings unintentionally ...? Any Pisces moon dealt with Aqua moon before?

He's long gone !!! Thank goodness ... I really like (love) this guy... he's so sweet and I really want to try and compromise.. and be more sensitive ! We compliment each other in a way though I think. Lol

When we see together it's great. We r super affectionate and he brings out the most beautiful Taurus in me... n I bring out his Pisces side which is beautiful... though I feel like when my Aqua moon energy kicks in or my Venus in Gemini kicks it.. I can be.... detached.. and insensitive 😢

Thank u.... yes I had a lot of fear .. from my previous relation... 3 years of lies n manipulation. It's very hard for me to trust now.. so I hope that this man won't hurt me... I'm trying to trust again.. n finally in I mmmmm finally free ... from the sag! I love Pisces energy I really do... so, if I can compromise and make it work I would like to do that..

The thing is... when i'm with him..my moon in aquarius disappear...literally disspear... my taurus sun takes over and i become the most romantic parter...we don't let our hands get off each other and we really love beach with each other..physcial love language are our love needs...so literally we feel perfect.. only him can make me feel extremely vulnerable in person..! now the challenge is't the physcial meet ups.. its more the distance.. as soon as he's not with me...i feel aloof, wanna distant myself ( afraid of being hurt) and push him away so to speak...it can come across as inconsistence... up and down.. though when i'm with him...i'm like a 5 year old kid.. he turns me into the softest cookie pie..not something anyone can make me.. just his pisces energy... so lets just see where this play out.... 🙂

I can't remember where I read this.. but someone said Pisces is the one sign which can bring an Aqua moon back in touch with their feelings and romanticism. I'm currently dating a Taurus sun/Aqua moon guy and I can say it definitely does for him. He's been absolutely mystified at how he acts and feels around me. So tender, caring, and protective... but this is not about me!

Does your aloofness bother your partner? Have you accidentally hurt his feelings up to this point? How long have you been seeing each other? I can't understand 100% the conflict you're going through, but I am deeply afraid of intimacy and getting close to people. Could this maybe be part of it, or is it really just that you need that space and alone time?

What are your other planetary placements? This could also help us🙂

A moon in Pisces man also needs that down/alone typically, so unless you have inadvertently hurt him the past I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. If he is trustworthy trust him. Trust your intuition if there is something causing you to feel detached from him. Spend some time analyzing what makes you feel that way.

Also, a phenomenal book is called The 12 Moonsigns in Love by Vera Kaikobad. It's one of the best astrology books I've invested in, some of it you can even read for free through google if I remember correctly. But it's highly insightful to all the moon signs and learning how to relate with them, and for a deeper understanding of our own emotional nature.

I apoligize for taking so long to respond Aries_Luminary..

So far the experience has been extremely positive and tender. It's only been two months though, I'm not letting my guard down yet 😉

I will say he is not like any other Aqua moon I've known. There's (so far) no disappearing acts and aloofness. We are both very busy and indpendant but we have a schedule where we see each other three times per week (we live in different towns an hour apart). On the days we don't see each other he'll typically text me a good afternoon/hope your day goes well/thinking of you type of message and that's about it. It feels good to not have a man being clingy and dependant always needing to be in contact through out the day (I always in the past have attracted emotionally dependant guys).

I think what's helping the situation is age/maturity levels, and that my moon is currenty progressed in Aquarius. We also have our ascendants conjunct and quite a few good Saturn ties. It all feels easy going and lovely, I have a lot of hope that it keeps up this way.

I am so appreciative of your input Saweetz1988! I'm just now making the connection, but if you're born in 1988 (as is in your username) then you and my man are born around same date, because that is his birth year! Year of the Dragon.. a few years back I dated another Taurus sun, but with Libra moon born in the year of the dragon as well. He was the guy who made me decide I really wanted to end up with a Taurus man (but good Lord not him haha). Libra moon opposes mine in Aries and though it is a strong attraction factor we disagreed on so many topics. There was always tension. (side note, I must have some karma with Tauruses

So it's now been three months and so much has changed in a short time..

I had my birthday on the 24th of February and the next day left for a ten day trip to Arizona for an Argentine Tango Festival. You may know that there was a partial lunar eclipse on the 11th of Feb, then the solar eclipse was to occur on the 26th, and then of course Venus went into retrograde motion March 4th. All of this seems to have really worked in my favor. Since I've been back from my trip (the 8th) the relationship has really blossomed. (my moon also progressed into Pisces on the 6th, and his has been progressed into Pisces since last summer). When he dropped me off at the airport he mentioned that we'd only spoken on the phone twice since getting to know one another, so I, kind of shocked, asked if he'd like to speak on the phone more.. and he replied, "Yes, absolutely!". So we spoke twice on the phone while I was gone, the first time felt horribly awkward and really had me feeling down about us, but to be fair there had been an accident/injury at his work which had him stressed out. But by the second time went really well, we both seemed more relaxed and I felt connected to him.

The day before I came home he had sent me a message implying he wanted to spend some extra time with me and that "work would understand if I had to call out". Our original plan was I'd get in at 11:00 PM and stay that Tuesday night then drive in to work in the morning (I live an hour away). So I went right out and asked if he'd like to spend a half day with me Wednesday to sleep in a bit and get breakfast etc. which he was really excited for. He has Saturn in the first house, so the fact he was willing to take off a bit of work for me was MIND BLOWING haha. He often works 6 days per week, but since we started dating he's worked fewer and fewer Saturdays too.

The night I got home he shared with me a poem he'd written while I was gone, which was also extremely unexpected!! I almost wanted to cry (silly Pisces moon) but held it back. Instead I said:

Me: "This means so much for me to read, you must have really missed me!"

Him: "Of course I did, did you think I didn't?"

Me: "Well, it can be really hard to tell. I know you think of me, but you're such an independent guy and I'm

not at all used to that personality type."

Him: "I am independent. That's why it's really telling that I think about you all the time when you're

not with me. I guess I'm not so up front about it because I don't want to overwhelm you."

Me: "I feel the same way; I am constantly thinking about you but feel strange communicating that to you.

I wonder where this tension comes from between us opening up??"

Him: "I think maybe it's just because we care about one another?"

Then we exchanged some other information I won't bore you with, and opened up to each other a bit more. Really, since that conversation things have felt tremendously different.

We always have a romantic time together, but just this past Saturday we had the most romantic night yet. We went for a hike, followed by a late lunch, then went back to my place to watch a movie. I have a very limited DVD selection and currently don't have internet so Netflix was out. We chose to watch Stardust (Which if you've never seen is so soo good!), It's a lighthearted and fun movie, but there is some deep romance in it too. After the movie was some wonderfully sensual cuddling, kissing, eye gazing etc. Very intimate and close (again, this is normal interaction, but it felt different, closer I suppose). He makes an awful lot of eye contact and gazing with me, which I simply adore. The last two times it's happened I've felt him wanting to say something.. or maybe he's waiting for ME to say something??

The first time it went like this:

Him: *Romantically eye gazes for 3+ minutes*

Him: Kisses me, finally speaking "My girl's going to college!" (note: he will not call me his GF. I'm 'his/my

girl' or 'My lady" "My Darling" or very rarely "Babe".

Me: "Is that what you've been thinking this whole time!?"

Him: “Well, no, but I was thinking about how intelligent your eyes are, which reminded me you've just

signed up for your classes in the summer and how smart you are. College is where you belong and it

excites me." (He has numerous Gemini placements, Mercury conjunct his DC, and my Mercury

conjuncts his NN so intelligence is a big turn on in our relationship) (Also I'm in my third year of

college, I've just taken off a couple semesters and getting back to it this summer, it is exciting 🙂 )



Second time (Saturday night):

Him: *eye gazes intently, God only knows how long for*

"Well, we should probably get to bed." Turns off the lamp, comes back and kisses me, then whispers

"Good night...*pauses for dramatic effect* my love."

WTF! I thought in that moment that I must have misunderstood him. I tried to think of everything else he could have said that I may have heard incorrectly. But nothing comes to mind. My name does not rhyme, not even slightly, with love. I stupidly say, "Good night!" kiss him hard and pull him in close for a hug and we go to sleep. What else could I really have said back anyway?

I'm still baffled, bewildered. I wish in the moment I had clarified, but that's not very romantic.. besides, I'm not even sure I'm ready for us to say that yet. I definitely do love him, as best as I can after only three months, and it's almost slipped from my lips a couple of times. I think he and I have a real good shot at a lasting connection, but those words are sooo much pressure and mean a lot to me to speak. Fortunately I hear that most Taurus men are not so verbally expressive, so hopefully I don't have to worry about it for a while yet 🙂

This has turned into a very long post... I don't really have anyone to gush to about him. Both my sisters are just going through breakups and don't want to hear anything positive about relationships, and my best friend is my man's best friend's fiance. So I don't want to risk any word getting back to him haha, she and her fiance are gossipy (Aries and Gemini suns) and super excited about setting up this romance and where they think it will go. So I appreciate anyone who's taken the time to listen, AND I hope maybe this can one day help someone who ends up in a similar situation. Although my Aries moon and Venus do not care for it, patience is really paying off when it comes to this fullfillment.
