Don’t relate. I am good at knowing what and how I feel.
But it’s true that sometimes it takes a bit longer to get to them 🙃

Not really, I usually know what I feel. Now sharing how little the person asking effects me on an emotional level is another story...

How I feel about something is instant to the point of being instinctual. Sometimes I have to stop and find out why I feel a certain way or even what I'm feeling but again it just is.
How I react to said feelings and what I do about is another story. Lol ya I don't like when someone is asking me questions about it before I've done so myself. Because I don't even know myself at first. Trying to change said feelings is equally annoying for the same reason.
Or how about this. It's like knowing the answer to a math problem but not being able to show your work to the teacher as to how you got the answer.
Does that help?
