Well you know i don't talk out of my ass usually, so ya, there is some truth to it. The south Italian mafia basically owns a lot of southern Italy, production facilities, civic utilities etc etc and they have an oversight over the smugglers' networks which are used for smuggling refugees/economic migrants.

We will be in the PNW of the U.S, a tropical island and we are starting to plan for Europe and the U.K. Dublin, Rome, Spain, London, Paris, Portugal, Amsterdam and Naaldwijk (my grandma’s hometown)

I've been all over Europe, being Scottish its alway cheap and easy to travel about EU. My next goal is Eastern Europe. Stateside i've only been to Florida and NY so would like to explore more over that way. Been all over Middle East, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Maldives and South Africa. You'll have a great time, you've chosen great places. Where in Portugal? We went to Albufeira last year-a little too "Brits abroad" for my liking. But authenticity still remains if you go wandering away from those crowds.

2018 will be an amazing year. I have my fitness in check, finished some business meetings today with other business owners and entrepreneurs. Right now i'm aiming for 48 hours no sleep to get my business sailing. Lots to do. Coffee Coffee Coffee. Very impatient. F@ck sleep. But all worth it.

I'm from Scotland but living in Dubai. Its an interesting place. A bit of a bubble. They maybe advanced in terms of money but imo it ends there. This part of the world has a long way to come.

Wow, you’ve been to every location that’s on my list! Especially Thailand, Maldives and South Africa. It’s not decided where exactly we are going to visit in Portugal. It’s just an area we are interested in visiting since we’ll be over there!

You should consider visiting the West Coast. I’ve been all over the U.S. and I can say that nothing in the states compares to the PNW (depending on what environments you like to see)

Any other places I didn’t list that you would highly recommend in Europe? I would appreciate any advice 🙂

I’ve heard Paris is overrated. But if still like to see it, of course.

Greece is another place I’d love to see!

Your list really is great, Amsterdam! I loved it. Esp for people watching, museums and stuff! My experience in Rome was soso-but I was alone, i'd defo give it another shot. I adore Southern Italy but then I like beautiful landscapes/brackdrops/sea/mountains, the flowers, the people, the food etc etc. It has soooo much character. And of course very laidback, easy going no rush. Rome felt like a typical European city to me-if you are from US do go though. Architecture, history and all!

Last month we went to Como, Lugano and Milan-my favorites being in that order 🙂

And the west coast totally on my list. Its just sooooo far, it will be much easier once we're based in Europe.

Lol no exaggeration but I’m trying to launch multiple businesses. Right now I’m working on some marketing stuff. Planning to also launch a YouTube channel and get sponsored so I can do some motivational speaking.

Well why not, they say most millionaires have multiple things on the go! My goals are to learn Italian, and complete a Diploma in Hospitality Management 🙂 I'm hoping it will come in handy for when we open a little B&B eventually.

Leaving the Middle East for the beautiful Amalfi Coast. What's on the cards for everyone elses 2018?!?
Gonna meet a man (with black hair) at work in the spring March/April (or sooner). Was told to keep my eye out for a man with a name that starts with an "F" (Frank, Frederick, etc.) or "PH" like Ralph, Stefan, etc. That's what's in my cards for me! 😆

Jealous... the Amalfi coast is my dream place, on the very top of my bucket list. What is the ballpark price for a small house there?
We will rent around there but are looking at an investment property to purchase also, hopes are to open a B&B/Agritourismo. Still deciding on region for that, possibly Marche but it wont be amalfi-you dont get much bang for your buck and you're looking at $ 350,000+, well over that if its something suitable to b&b.
