The INTJ personality type is one among the rarest and most interesting types, comprising only about 2% of the U.S. population. Females are especially radiate self-confidence, relying on their huge archive of knowledge spanning many different areas and topics. INTJs usually begin to develop that knowledge in early childhood (the —bookworm?? nickname is quite common among INTJs) and keep on doing that later on in life. If someone with INTJ personality has mastered their chosen area of knowledge (INTJs can find their strengths in many fields), they can honestly and quickly say whether they know the answer to a specific question. INTJs know what they know and more importantly they are confident in that knowledge. Unsurprisingly, this personality type can be iconize as the independent of all kinds. INTJs are very original, decisive, and insightful, these characteristics push other people to accept the INTJs ideas.

Hello. I'm an INTJ lady and would like to know what's it like living as an INTJ for other women? Do you believe that we're a rarity? Do you believe that people have a bad belief about INTJs in general? What type of men are good for INTJ ladies?

Hi, INTJ here as well. Found a site that has a lot of INTJ members (women including) and topics, you should check it out:

I suspect that I may be one of the few (if not the only) person on this site who has had the Myers Briggs assessment done by someone actually qualified to do it. But even with that, all the pop-psyche "assessments" come back as INTJ as well.

Knowing my "type" has been even more useful in terms of self-understanding than, say, astrology. It has also been helpful in granting me the realization (and relief) that I'm not some sort of anti-social nut job, and that my value system is just not aligned with those of most others. It's comforting, in a way.

It also makes me wonder, over and over, why I bother with this site. What passes for "knowledge" and "advice" here is usually just so much dreck. And I won't even get into the obvious predation going on, which seems to escape all notice. Though not mine.

I couldn't resist posting the unicorn. I really did laugh (well, I chuckled) when I saw it.
I sympathize with your sentiments, and agree...I also took the full test during a college class. Much more detailed.test than the online ones, and the interpretations much more in depth.

I've taken the short version online many times since then, and always came up with the same results. All over 20 years.

I like the fact that I'm an intimidating unicorn. Rare, and proud of it! :-)
