How are you in the workplace? Are any of you in a high position that need not only take care of teams of people but also company operations. How has this affected what you believe about people and your own work ethics?

I was the glue in events. Making sure people work well and everything goes well...really exhausting work.

But I learned that I underestimate my organizing skills. For all my randomness and scattered energy, some people are hopeless.

Nothing changed in how I perceive people, I just became more aware that ENFPs are the introverts of the extroverted group. It became draining after a while.

Had a good run anyway.

I was, but I don't think I have sufficient experience to elaborate lol.

What are some of the challenges.

I'm very keen on treating people fairly but when I started it was hard to detach what is personal vs what is professional. Then it came down to what is considered good work and what is considered bad work. Draining YES, I almost want to subscribe to that whole idea of measuring people by their worth and throw out all the sentiments.

INFP here *raises hand* i work with kids . So lmaoo but yeah they all love me & im just blabbering cause im bored but tbh i didnt rwad te question properly. What does the question say?

That was never a problem, but I am a minidictator so..
