what is your pet peeve with your pet?

we have a black lab with color changing eyes (green to brown,vs ), she is 3 years old. my pet peeve with her is that she stares. she does it while im watching tv ,reading a book or brushing my teeth. she will sit there on the floor and stare at me. she is relentless.

sometimes when im sleep i will wake up and see her big nose. but then she is sitting there waiting for me to wake up. but that staring thing creeps me out.

Ha ha- our Boxer/Pitt is a champion-league starer. She has weird, gold, eyes that resemble a mountain goat, and it's VERY disconcerting!

My pet peeve is with our hound. Being a hound, she has to sound an alarm over every little sound she hears. I wish she could chill on the baying. She's pretty much the perfect dog, otherwise.

That's a tough one. Dog or cat or something else?

true, i like large dogs for some reason. her bark sound like a big male dog. lol

🙂 I love big dogs too. My first dog helped me learn how to walk (grabbed onto his fur and we'd walk along). I train my current large dog to track scents and other field work.

They are/were both Golden Retrievers.

Big dogs are fun to wrestle with too 🙂

when i was younger we had a cat they used to jump on our heads from the curtain rods. and he would watch us while we were sleeping, we would wake up and see him sitting on the foot board of our beds. my brother used to call me in the middle of the night to make him leave so he can go to the bathroom. i would get up go to his room throw a shoe and get back into bed.
