Pisces do you struggle with working out and food?

I was on a weight loss mission from the beginning of the year to get back in shape. I was doing Tae Bo and cycling, and sticking to a meal plan up until March. I'm still on that meal plan, but I was getting bored of Tae Bo, although I still go for a bike ride, only on weekends though.
That sounds interesting and fun. I love Martial Arts. Do you think your Cap Rising is what helps you stay on schedule and routine. That's my biggest issue is consistency and energy levels.

I'm similar to you... your Aries makes you fit but the pisces makes you lazy. I just struggle with actually getting up doing stuff lol😂 click to expand

Yes, I think the fire and air in me keeps me fit. My Taurus and Pisces bits just want to eat, drink and relax 😂

You should try some B & D vitamins to give you energy, if you feel it is a problem.

What about practicing it at home.

I used to do karate in my teen years. That always stays with you so I like to practice it at home whenever I feel like it. It is really good training.

Last year I gained some weight because I quit my job. I used to walk from home to work and vice versa. I started eating heavily and I couldn't work out. But this year I made a schedule for working out everyday and it seems to work. I am losing weight at a great pace.

I also get lazy sometimes because I am a Pisces with Gemini rising. It sucks sometimes you feel like quitting after a while. But having a schedule or timetable really works for me. Also having clear goals as to lose weight.
